Application for bridging Visa B (BVB) allows you to leave and return to Australia while your application for a substantive visa is being processed.

Can I work on a Bridging Visa?
It can be complicated to know whether a person on a bridging visa can legally work for a business or not. There is not an exhaustive answer to this question as the working rights carried from your bridging visa depend on a number of factors that need to be assessed on a case by case.

If your visa has expired, you must call us or visit an Immigration office immediately. If you believe you can be in a tricky situation where you are not holding a visa, then the best option is to call us today quoting the problem and we will assist in the due course.
